For well over 2 decades, Belvedere Aged Care has proudly supported the local workforce within the City of Greater Dandenong and surrounds, building a team grounded in compassion, professionalism and genuine connection.

Many of our team members have dedicated more than 10 years of service, forming trusted relationships with residents and families while helping create a culture of warmth, stability and continuity throughout our Home. As a family-owned and operated boutique aged care provider, Belvedere is deeply committed to creating meaningful career opportunities for women across clinical care, hospitality, lifestyle and leadership roles.
