Our Aged Care team is made up of diverse roles, each, with the common goal of ensuring the delivery of best care for every Belvedere resident. Behind the scenes, Belvedere’s Quality Team work so hard to ensure our processes and protocols meet all accreditation standards.

 

Analyn Diongco – Quality Manager and Julie Reade – Senior Administrator (HR & Quality) form part of this team working with Belvedere clinical staff, the Director Of Nursing, Senior Leadership and external auditors to comply with all regulatory requirements.

In this period of COVID-19 and with protocols and directives changing to meet the safety of our residents, our Quality Team remain agile and at the forefront of every update, government mandate and accreditation requirement. Navigating the global COVID-19 pandemic, our Quality Team ensures our preparedness and response – working closely with the Director of Nursing and Clinical team. This includes the stringent management or all reporting, records, protocols, procedures and timely reporting to quality agencies.

 

It is thanks to their diligence that Belvedere leads in Quality and Risk management. Their guidance and advice result in the delivery of the team’s education needs, best practice and support across quality improvements, infection control, and consumer feedback and communications.

 

Their comprehensive understanding of all industry requirements makes them essential in our team delivering accreditation outcomes and most importantly the delivery of safe, quality care for each resident’s needs.
