At Belvedere we take great pride in offering a variety of balanced, healthy meals for our residents. In accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards, our menu caters to a range of cultural preferences whilst also meeting the nutritional requirements of our residents. Our meals are prepared on-site using fresh ingredients and limited additives and preservatives.
Our Seasonal 2021 Menu Now In Service
Across our 2021 menu, residents are served our signature meals designed for every season. Our menus showcase the freshest, seasonal produce prepared to diverse tastes and nutritional needs. Served daily as part of our nutritionally balanced menu is our delicious serving of seasonal fruits for morning and afternoon tea.
We also enjoy celebrating the culinary passion and skills of our residents, often included in our menu, recipes they are proud to share with us, like Lucio’s Margarita Pizza.
Resident Dining Menu Selection
Residents and families have input into all menus at Belvedere, with menus discussed before implementation at our Food Focus meetings.
Our dedicated Hospitality team lead, for the past 6 years, by Head Chef Raj plan and prepare all meals at Belvedere daily with love and care. Chef Raj and his team have worked hard to deliver a selection of multicultural cuisine that cater to our culturally diverse residents. Meticulous with his food preparation, Chef Raj has been integral to Belvedere’s audit and accreditation success.
The kitchen is the heart of the home, and it is certainly the heart of Belvedere.
