Belvedere’s Visitor Protocols (English and Italian Language)- effective 30th November 2020

ALL VISITATION MUST BE MADE VIA APPOINTMENT ONLY  PRIOR TO ENTERING THE FACILITY.

Belvedere has managed to keep our residents and staff safe from COVID-19 during the pandemic. Through our hard work and commitment, we have remained COVID-19 free. It is Belvedere’s leading approach to managing our facility during this pandemic that has ensured everyone’s safety.

If I have coronavirus symptoms, do I need to isolate and get tested?
To help limit the spread of coronavirus, you must isolate yourself in the following circumstances:

• If you have symptoms of coronavirus (fever, loss or change in sense of smell, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, and/or shortness of breath.)
• If you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus, you must isolate yourself for 14 days from the date of last contact with the confirmed case If you are in either of these circumstances, you should be tested for COVID-19. Please do not attend our facility until you have received your negative test results, and you are no longer experiencing symptoms.

Effective Monday 30th November, as mandated by government authorities, the following measures have been implemented:

• Visitor must be present at the screening entry point upon entering the facility.
• Visitors must perform hand hygiene before entering the facility and after leaving a resident’s room (hand sanitiser units are available prior to entry and throughout the facility, as well as handwashing stations.)
• Visitor must complete the visitor register and declaration form prior to entering the facility.
• Temperature will be checked upon entry, if you have a fever over 37.5 degrees or symptoms of respiratory infection, you will not be permitted to enter the facility.
• Any person entering Belvedere Aged Care MUST wear an approved fitted face mask that covers your nose and mouth at ALL times; bandanas, scarves and face shields worn without a face mask are not acceptable. Any person found removing their face mask whilst on Belvedere’s premises, or in a resident’s room, will be asked to leave.
• Visits must take place in the resident’s room while maintaining social distancing (1.5m) and Belvedere’s density quotients at all times.
•Visitors should refrain from any physical contact such as hugging, kissing or shaking hands.

LE VISITE SONO SOLO SU APPUNTAMENTO. GLI APPUNTAMENTI VANNO PRESI PRIMA DI ENTRARE NELLA STRUTTURA.

Belvedere è riuscita a tutelare la salute di ospiti e personale durante la pandemia e, grazie al nostro duro lavoro e impegno, non abbiamo avuto casi di COVID-19. È stata la massima attenzione nella gestione della struttura che ha permesso di garantire la sicurezza di tutti.

Se ho sintomi del coronavirus, devo stare in isolamento e fare il test?
Per limitare la diffusione del coronavirus, devi metterti in isolamento nei seguenti casi:

• Se hai sintomi del coronavirus (febbre, cambiamenti o perdita del senso dell’olfatto, brividi o sudorazione, tosse, mal di gola e/o fiato corto.)
•  Se sei entrato in contatto con una persona positiva al coronavirus, devi metterti in isolamento per 14 giorni dalla data dell’ultimo contatto con questa persona.

In entrambi i casi, sottoponiti al test per il COVID-19 e non visitare la struttura prima di aver ricevuto un risultato negativo e prima della scomparsa dei sintomi.

In vigore da lunedì 30 novembre 2020 – Nel rispetto delle linee guida previste dal governo, abbiamo adottato le seguenti misure:

• I visitatori devono presentarsi al punto di screening all’ingresso al momento dell’arrivo.
• I visitatori devono igienizzarsi le mani prima di entrare e dopo essere usciti dalla stanza dell’ospite (gel disinfettante e postazioni per il lavaggio delle mani sono disponibili all’ingresso e in diversi punti della struttura).
• I visitatori devono firmare il registro visitatori e il modulo di dichiarazione prima di entrare.
• All’ingresso, verrà misurata la temperatura. Non sarà consentito l’ingresso in caso di febbre sopra i 37,5 gradi o sintomi di infezione respiratoria.
• Per tutti coloro che entrano a Belvedere Aged Care, È OBBLIGATORIO indossare IN OGNI MOMENTO una mascherina aderente al viso che copra il naso e la bocca. Non è consentito indossare bandane, sciarpe o visiere in plastica senza mascherina. A chiunque sia trovato senza mascherina all’interno della struttura o nella stanza di un ospite sarà chiesto di uscire.
• Le visite devono essere effettuate all’interno della stanza dell’ospite, mantenendosi sempre a 1,5 m di distanza.
•Devono essere evitati contatti fisici, come abbracci, baci o strette di mano.
