St Patricks Day Celebrations

St. Patrick’s Day was celebrated in a grand style at Belvedere. The home was beautifully decorated with greenery, green balloons, four leaf clovers and the Green outfits worn by Staff and Residents.

The celebrations began with Residents enjoying a special St Patrick’s Day Topical discussion/Reminiscence Activity. This was followed an afternoon of Entertainment. One of our Resident’s favourite groups, Bayside Country provided some wonderful Irish and Country music. With an afternoon filled with singing and dancing, our Residents reported to be happy and relaxed and enjoyed this special cultural day.

It would not be a successful event without the fabulous Irish Lunch prepared by Chef Raj with the Guinness on the side! Not forget the Green Themed Pistachio biscuits which were a hit!
