Belvedere Aged Care is seeking volunteers from the Italian and Greek communities across Melbourne to support the community connections and cultural heritage of our cultural and linguistically diverse (CALD) residents.

As a volunteer you’ll provide regular visits to Belvedere Aged Care and encourage community engagement and social interaction for individual or groups of residents through various activities that may include

• Conversing in Greek or Italian
• Providing regular visits to the aged care facility
• Connecting residents to their culture and heritage through creative ways such as music, arts, technology

This opportunity is open to volunteers of all ages who wish to support the ageing and see opportunities to develop their language skills, interpersonal skills, planning and CALD community development.
