A message from the Director

The Accreditation process was the highlight of 2017. The result of the Customer Service Experience Report sitting alongside the Accreditation report was an outstanding demonstration of resident satisfaction. It is also wonderful and important for all stakeholders to receive this feedback in light of the negative experiences in other Aged Care Facilities.

I’m truly grateful for our dedicated and skilled team. When you experience the Care and Service at Belvedere you realise what a high level of service is provided and what a beautiful community exists here. 60% of our residents come to us via referrals and word of mouth.  This would not exist if we did not have a team of highly experienced and skilled Executive Management with Carmel, Wima and Angelina. They lead the Management Team with Miriam and Kristy in Administration, Deborah in Lifestyle, our Chef Raj and our Team Leaders Nazia and Analyn. The team is complimented by our Night and Afternoon RNs and ENs Joyce, Lan, Marivic, Marguerite, Nishad and Rajbir. This team of senior staff provide support to our wonderful care staff whom without them, we would not have this reputation.

We have wonderful staff who have worked with us for over 10 years, Sumintra, Perlita, Melissa and Siddiqui. Maria, Sumandeep. Nemo and Ritchel have been at Belvedere for over 5 years and Rhadika for 3 years. Our newer members James, Rio, Sonia, Sandip, Karima, Taranvir, Amrit, Amanpreet, Harpreet, Rowena, Iris, Poonam and Prajhbot have been with us for over 12 months.

We all have to start somewhere and this year we welcomed Luke, Sana, Gene, Jangvir and Cherie to our team. I hope that you continue to love your work at Belvedere and together we can work towards our mutual goals.
